حكم تمثيل الأنبياء والصّحابة في الأعمال الفنيّة التمثيلية دراسة فقهية مقارنة / The Ruling On Representing Prophets And Companions In Dramatic Artistic Works A Comparative Islamic Jurisprudential Study

فبعد تحديد إشكاليات البحث، وبيان منهجه، وأهدافه؛ تم تقسيم البحث إلى مقدمة، وثلاثة مباحث؛ المبحث الأول: حكم التمثيل، وفيه أربعة مطالب، والمبحث الثاني: حكم تمثيل الأنبياء، والمبحث الثالث: حكم تمثيل اﻟﺻﺣﺎﺑﺔ، وفيه أربعة مطالب.
ثم خاتمة البحث، واشتملت على نتائج البحث، وتوصياته.
وقد كان من أهم نتائج البحث أنه قد ترجح لديَّ بعد عرض أدلة كل اتجاه؛ مذهب من قال بإباحة التمثيل إذا خلا من المحرمات، وأن حكمه حكم موضوعه، فحسَنُه حسن، وقبيحُه قبيح. وأن من الحكمة استغلال تأثير التمثيل لدى عموم الناس في زماننا، واستثمار أدواته في نشر القيم الفاضلة، ومعالجة المشكلات المجتمعية، فضلا عن الدعوة إلى الإسلام في صورة راقية، ودفع الشبهات التي تثار حول الإسلام من جهة، وعرض شُبَه أصحاب الفكر الضال الداعين لفكرهم بقوة السلاح، والرد عليها وتفنيدها من جهة أخرى.
وأنه قد اتفقت المجامع الفقهية والفقهاء المعاصرون على تحريم تمثيل رسل الله وأنبيائه عليهم السلام، مع استدلالهم على ذلك بأدلة من الكتاب والسنة والمعقول، فلا التفات لقول من شذّ وقال بجواز ذلك.
كما ترجح لديَّ بعد استقراء الأقوال والاتجاهات في مسألة تمثيل الصحابة الكرام؛ اتجاه من يرى أنه يحرم تمثيل الصحابة مطلقًا، كبارهم وصغارهم؛ لقوة ما استدلوا به، فضلًا عما ظهر لي من أدلة أو اعتبارات تصلح مرجّحة لهذا الاتجاه الفقهي الرصين، فهم نَقَلة الوحي الشريف، فضلا عن كون أقوالهم وأفعالهم معتبرة شرعا، كما كان من المرجحات: الموازنة بين المصالح والمفاسد، واعتبار المآلات، وعليه: فلتبقى صورة الصحابة في نفوس الناس كما هي هيبة وإجلالا، دون ارتباط بصورة شخص بعينه.
 
Abstract:
After defining the research problems, explaining its methodology, and objectives; The research was divided into an introduction and three sections: The first section: The ruling on representation, and it contains four requirements:
The second section: The ruling on representing the Prophets, and the third section: The ruling on representing the Companions, and it contains four demands.
Then the conclusion of  the research, which included the results of the research and its recommendations.
One of the most important results of the research was that it became more likely to me after presenting the evidence for each direction. The doctrine of those who say that acting is permissible if it is free of forbidden things, and that its ruling is the ruling on its subject, so what is good is good, and what is bad is ugly. It is wise to exploit the influence of representation among the general public in our time, and to invest its tools in spreading virtuous values ​​and addressing societal problems, as well as calling to Islam in a sophisticated manner, and repelling the suspicions that are raised about Islam on the one hand, and exposing the suspicions of misguided thinkers who propagate their thought by force of arms. And responding to and refuting it on the other hand.
Jurisprudence councils and contemporary jurists have agreed to prohibit the representation of God’s messengers and prophets, peace be upon them, with their evidence for that with evidence from the Qur’an, Sunnah, and reason, so do not pay attention to the words of those who deviate and say that it is permissible.
As I think is more likely after extrapolating the statements and trends regarding the issue of representation of the Noble Companions; The trend of those who believe that it is absolutely forbidden to represent the Companions, whether old or young; Due to the strength of what they inferred, in addition to the evidence or considerations that appeared to me that are suitable for this solid jurisprudential trend, they are the transmitter of the noble revelation, in addition to the fact that their words and actions are considered according to Sharia law, just as what was likely to be: balancing between interests and harms, and considering the consequences, and therefore: let the image remain. Companions are in the hearts of people as they are known for their prestige and reverence, without any connection to the image of a specific person.
