تحرص الدول المتقدمة على توظيف أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي في مختلف مجالات الحكم والإدارة في إطار ما يعرف بالحكومة الإلكترونية ،وما ينتج عنها في مجال الوظيفة العامة تحت اسم "الإدارة الذكية" التي باتت مطلباً أساسيا للارتقاء بطرق إدارة المرافق العامة .
وتظهر قيمة الذكاء الاصطناعي بصورة أكبر في مجال إدارة المرافق العامة،وتحول الإدارة التقليدية إلى إدارة ذكية من خلال الرقمنة والتخزين الإلكتروني للمستندات أو الملفات فإنه يمكن الاستجابة للمستفدين من خدامات المرافق العامة بشكل أسرع وسيشعرون أنهم يتعاملون مع إدارة محترفة ومبتكرة.
وإتماماً للفائدة قسمت هذا البحث إلى مباحث خمسة تناولت في مجموعها العناصر الأساسية للبحث، وما يتصل بها من إشكاليات ،خاصة ما يتعلق بالرضا الوظيفي ،وكاميرات المراقبة ،والبصمة الإلكترونية ،والتوقيع الإلكتروني وغيره من الإشكاليات.
وللشريعة الإسلامية فضل السبق في تقرير استخدام كل تقنية من شأنها الارتقاء بالعمل الإداري ،وجعلها فريضة يتعين العمل بها للارتقاء بمستوى تقديم الخدمات العامة ،وذلك في إطار مجموعة من الضوابط الشرعية التي تتفق وطبيعة الوظيفة العامة ،وأنها أمانة ،وأدواؤها على الوجه الأكمل جزء من عقيدة المؤمن .
 
Abstract:
Developed countries are keen to employ artificial intelligence tools in various fields of governance and management within the framework of what is known as e-government, and what results from it in the field of public employment under the name of "smart management", which has become a basic requirement for improving methods of managing public utilities .              
The value of artificial intelligence appears more in the field of electronic administrative decisions, public facilities management, and the transformation of traditional management into smart management through digitization and electronic storage of documents or files. Customers can respond faster and they will feel that they are dealing with professional and innovative management .    In order to complete the benefit, I divided this research into five sections, which dealt with the basic elements of the research and related problems, especially with regard to job satisfaction, surveillance cameras, electronic fingerprints, electronic signatures, and other problems .                            
And Islamic law has a degree of precedence in deciding the use of every technology that will improve administrative work, and make it an obligation that must be implemented to improve the level of providing public services, within the framework of a set of legal controls that are consistent with the nature of the public job, and that it is a trust, and its treatment in the fullest way is part of the belief of the believer .
