حقاً إن كل واقع كان في الأصل مجرد فكرة عاشت في الخيال إلي أن كُتِبَ لها أن تصبح واقعاً وتري النور، وتعد تقنيات الذكاء الإصطناعي إحدي أهم تلك الأفكار التي انتقلت من عالم الخيال إلي الواقع فلم يعد الحديث عنه ضرباً من ضروب الخيال العلمي بل أصبحت شريكا أساسيا مع البشر في إدارة حياتهم من خلال كائنات جديدة تتمتع بقدرات تفوق قدرات البشر في كثير من الأحيان، كما أدي التطور العلمي المذهل في مجال محاكاة العقل البشري إلي حدوث ثورة في عالم الذكاء الإصطناعي، بحيث أصبحت لتلك التقنيات قدرات هائلة تفوق قدرات البشر، وعلى الرغم من الفوائد العظيمة التي تحققت من ورائها في شتي المجالات، إلا أن هناك وجها آخر مخيفا لتلك التقنيات التي قد تتحول يوما ما إلي مجرمين جدد لديهم القدرة علي الإدراك وتطوير الذات والتصرف بإرادة ذاتية وترتكب بذلك جرائم مرعبة من تلقاء ذاتها، الأمر الذي دفعنا نحو التعرض لهذا الأمر الخطير بالبحث والدراسة للوقوف علي مدي إمكانية مساءلة تلك الكائنات الجديدة من الناحية الجنائية.
 
Abstract:
In fact, every reality was originally just an idea that lived in fiction until it was written to become reality and see the light, and artificial intelligence techniques are one of the most important of those ideas that moved from the world of imagination to reality, so talking about it is no longer a path of science fiction, but rather has become an essential partner with humans in managing their lives through new beings with capabilities that often exceed the capabilities of humans, as led by the astonishing scientific development in the field of simulation The human mind to a revolution in the world of artificial intelligence, so that these technologies have enormous capabilities that exceed the capabilities of humans, and despite the great benefits that have been achieved behind them in various fields, there is another frightening face to those technologies that may one day turn into new criminals who have the ability to perceive, develop themselves and act on their own will and thus commit terrifying crimes on their own, This prompted us to be exposed to this serious matter through research and study to determine the extent to which these new beings can be criminally held accountable.
