   تناول هذا البحث مفهوم التلاعب، ومفهوم مدة الصلاحية، ثم وضح مفهوم مدة الصلاحية كمصطلح مركب، ثم وضح المقصود بتاريخ صلاحية المنتجات، ثم تناول البحث مفهوم الغذاء، ومفهوم الدواء، ثم وضح المقصود بالأمن الاقتصادي، ثم وضح حكم بيع الغذاء وكذا الدواء منتهي الصلاحية، ثم تناول البحث حكم التلاعب في مدة صلاحية الغذاء والدواء في الفقه الإسلامي، ثم وضح المقصود بآثار العقد وهي الأحكام والنتائج التي تترتب على العقد، سواء أكانت آثارا خاصة بالعقد، أم كانت آثارا عامة لجميع العقود، مبينا آثار التلاعب في مدة صلاحية الغذاء والدواء على العقد في الفقه الإسلامي، ثم تطرق البحث إلى الآثار الجنائية المترتبة على التلاعب في مدة صلاحية الغذاء والدواء في الفقه الإسلامي، ثم تطرق البحث إلى الحديث عن آراء الفقهاء في مسألة إذا أطعمه أو سقاه سما مبينا خلاف الفقهاء في المسألة، ثم تناول البحث موقف الفقه الإسلامي من التعويض عند حدوث ضرر بسبب التلاعب في مدة صلاحية الغذاء أو الدواء، ثم وضح البحث أثر التلاعب في مدة صلاحية الغذاء والدواء على الأمن الاقتصادي، ثم تطرق البحث إلى الحديث عن طرق مواجهة التلاعب في مدة صلاحية الغذاء والدواء، ودور الأجهزة الرقابية في مواجهة التلاعب في مدة صلاحية الغذاء والدواء.
 
Abstract:
This research dealt with the concept of "Manipulation", and the concept of "Expiry Dates", then clarified the concept of "Expiry Dates" as a composite term, and then clarified what is meant by the expiry dates of the products.
Then the research looked at the concept of "Food", the concept of "Medicine", and then explained what "Economic Security" meant, and then clarified the Islamic ruling concerning selling expired food and medicine as well.
The research then discussed the ruling concerning manipulating the expiry date of food and medicine in Islamic jurisprudence and then clarified what is meant by the "Effects of the Contract", namely, the consequences of the contract, whether they were contract-specific effects or general effects of all contracts, indicating the effects of manipulating the duration of the expiry dates of food and medicine on the contract in Islamic jurisprudence.
The research then looked at the criminal consequences of manipulating the expiry dates of food and medicine in Islamic jurisprudence, and then discussed the views of scholars on the question "what is ruling on providing poisonous food or drink?", showing different views of scholars on this issue.
The research then examined the position of Islamic jurisprudence on compensation for damage caused by manipulating the expiry dates of food and medicine.
The research then clarified the impact of manipulating the expiry dates of food and medicine on economic security.
The research then discussed ways to counter manipulating the expiry dates of food and medicine, and the role of regulatory bodies in dealing with manipulating the expiry dates of food and medicine.
