المستخلص
هذه الدراسة تهدف لبيان آراء الفقهاء القدامى والعلماء المعاصرين في حكم عمليات جراحات تجميل الأسنان المختلفة.
وقد اشتمل البحث على مقدمة وتمهيد وستة مطالب وخاتمة:
أما المقدمة فقد اشتملت على: أسباب اختيار الموضوع، وإشكالية البحث، والمنهج المتبع في البحث، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث.
وأما التمهيد: فيشتمل على التعريف بمفردات عنوان البحث، فقمت بتعريف التجميل في اللغة والاصطلاح وعند الأطباء، وكذلك تعريف الأسنان في اللغة والاصطلاح، ثم تعريف تجميل الأسنان، وذكرت بعض مظاهر العناية بالأسنان.
المطلب الأول: ضوابط عمليات التجميل، ذكرت فيه الضوابط الشرعية لإجراء عمليات التجميل.
المطلب الثاني: زراعة الأسنان، ذكرت فيه كيف تتم عمليات زراعة الأسنان، وما هي الأمور الإيجابية والسلبية لزراعة الأسنان، ومعيار نجاح تلك العمليات، ثم الحكم الفقهي لزراعة الأسنان.
المطلب الثالث: تركيب الأسنان، ذكرت فيه أقسام التركيبات، ثم الإيجابيات والسلبيات المترتبة على تركيب الأسنان، ثم حكم تركيب الأسنان الصناعية، والطبيعية.
المطلب الرابع: تفليج وتقويم الأسنان، ذكرت في تعريف التفليج في اللغة والاصطلاح، ثم الحكم الفقهي للتفليج، ثم أنواع التقويم والأسباب التي تدعو لإجراء تقويم الأسنان، ثم الحكم الفقهي للتقويم والفرق بينه وبين التفليج، وحكم تقويم الأسنان وشدها بالذهب والفضة.
المطلب الخامس: تلبيس الأسنان، ذكرت فيه الأسباب التي تدعو إلى تلبيس الأسنان، ثم الحكم الفقهي للتلبيس.
المطلب السادس: تجميل الأسنان، ذكرت فيه وسائل التجميل كالحشوات البيضاء، والقشرة التجميلية، وتسوية الأسنان، وقص اللثة التجميلي، وتبييض الأسنان، وتجميل الأسنان بالألماس، وبيان الحكم الفقهي لهذه الوسائل المذكورة.
وأما الخاتمة، فتشتمل على أهم النتائج التي أمكن التوصل إليها.
Abstract :
This study aims to explain the opinions of previous jurists and contemporary scholars regarding the ruling on various cosmetic dental surgeries.
The research included an introduction, preface, six sections , and a conclusion:
The introduction included: the reasons for choosing the topic, the research problem, the methodology followed in the research, previous studies, and the research plan.
As for the introduction: it includes defining the vocabulary of the title of the research. I defined cosmetics in language and terminology and among dentists , as well as defining teeth in language and terminology, then defined cosmetic dentistry, and mentioned some aspects of dental care.
The first section : Controls for cosmetic surgeries, in which the legal controls for performing cosmetic surgeries were mentioned.
The second section : dental implants, in which I mentioned how dental implants are performed, what are the positive and negative aspects of dental implants, the criterion for the success of these operations, and then the jurisprudential ruling on dental implants.
The third section : dental implants, in which I mentioned the sections on implants, then the pros and cons resulting from dental implants, then the ruling on implanting artificial and natural teeth.
The fourth section : cleaving and straightening teeth. I mentioned the definition of cleaving in language and terminology, then the jurisprudential ruling on cleaving, then the types of braces and the reasons that call for orthodontics, then the jurisprudential ruling on braces and the difference between it and cleavage, and the ruling on straightening teeth and tightening them with gold and silver.
The fifth section : dental crowns, in which I mentioned the reasons that call for dental crowns, then the jurisprudential ruling on crowns.
Sixth section : Cosmetic teeth, in which cosmetic methods such as white fillings, cosmetic veneers, teeth straightening, cosmetic gingival trimming, teeth whitening, and dental beautification with diamonds were mentioned, and a statement of the jurisprudential ruling on these mentioned methods.
The conclusion includes the most important results that could be reached.
