الأحكام الفقهية المتعلقة بالفلوس في المذهب الحنبلي Jurisprudential Provisions Related to the Money in ElHanbali Creed

البحث يعنى بعملة من العملات التي كانت موجودة في الأزمان السالفة ، وهي الفلوس، وهي عملة قد تكون من النحاس أو من الجلود أو من غيرها، يتعامل بها الناس في معاملاتهم اليسيرة ، وتعادل سدس درهم من الفضة هذه الفلوس، وللحاكم أن يمنع التعامل بها ، وأن يسك غيرها ليتعامل الناس بها ، وهذه الصلاحية له فقط أو لمن يوكله بها ، ومعرفة أحكام الفلوس له أثر في قياس الأموال النقدية المعاصرة عليها،لأن الفلوس قد تكون هي القائمة مقام الأموال النقدية الأزمنة السابقة ،وكان تعامل الحنابلة رحمهم الله تعالى في التعامل بها وتكييفها يختلف من باب إلى باب آخر ، ففي كتاب الزكاة يكييفونها على أنها عروض تجارة تجب الزكاة في قيمتها ، وفي الربا يلحقونها بالنقدين في جريان ربا النسيئة، وفي الشركات يجعلونها عروض تجارة ، ولا يصح أن تكون رأس مال فيها ،وفي القرض يجعلونها مالاً مثلياً، وفي السلم يلحقونها بالنقدين ، فتم توضيح كل الأحكام المختصة بها في كل باب يخصها، وتوضيح المعتمد من المذهب فيها في كل باب عند الاختلاف بين أئمة المذهب فيها.
 
Abstract:
This research means the currency of money that were before precedent era  ( money ) as it was as a copper or leather or others, so, that time people were dealing with it in their transactions in which were equivalent to one – six of a dirham of silver as the rein can reserve the right to prevent dealing with  it or minting others to  be dealt with others as he reserves solely the right to  do so, or his legal authorizers as the acknowledgment  of money has an influence    in the contemporary money value as money has the value monetarily in the previous eras as all ElHanbalis peace be upon them, they were dealing with the money and their adaptation as different as other perspectives as in the book of Zakat they have adapted them as it is offers of trading that deliver the Zakats in its values as in the Usury it is attached to the both monetary of Usury AlNasiya as in the company’s dealings it shall be as an offer of trading and it is not allowed by the capital and in the loans will be as ideal monies and in peace times it will be attached to monies as I have showed all related provisions in each place and clarifying the based creed in each chapter in deference’s among  many Imams of the creed.
