  هدف البحث إلى تحليل كيفية تأثير العوامل الأخلاقية على تكوين السلوك الجرمي. بمعنى، هل تلعب القيم والأخلاق دورًا في تحديد ما إذا كان الشخص سيقترف جريمة أم لا. وفهم السبل الوقائية، واستكشاف كيفية استخدام الأخلاق في الوقاية من الجريمة، فهل يمكن للقيم والأخلاق أن تكون وسيلة للحد من السلوك الجرمي من خلال تعزيز التصرفات الإيجابية. وتقييم العقوبات والردود: كما هدف البحث إلى دراسة كيفية تأثير القيم والأخلاق في تحديد العقوبات والردود على الجريمة من خلال الإجابة على مدى لعب القيم دورًا في تحديد صرامة العقوبات. وللإجابة على سؤال البحث، استخدم البحث منهجية تتضمن مراجعة الأدبيات من حيث دراسة الأبحاث السابقة حول هذا الموضوع لفهم النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها والمفاهيم المستخدمة. مع تحليل حالات محددة للجرائم وتحليل كيفية تأثير القيم والأخلاق في تلك الحالات. وسارت خطة البحث في ثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة وتوصيات. وأبرز ما توصلت إليه الدراسة من نتائج: أن الأخلاق والجريمة هما من جوانب السلوك البشري التي تتأثر ببعضها البعض بشكل وثيق، فعندما تنحرف الأخلاق وتتلاشى القيم الأخلاقية في مجتمع ما، يصبح الطريق مفتوحاً أمام الجريمة للانتشار والتزايد. كما خلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك عدة عوامل تؤثر في ارتفاع معدلات الجريمة، ومن بين هذه العوامل الفقر، البطالة، ضعف التعليم، تفكك الأسرة. وكذلك فإنه يمكن للتربية على القيم الأخلاقية أن تشكل درعًا قويًا ضد الجريمة. وأوضحت الدراسة انه يجب أن تكون هناك جهود مستمرة لتعزيز العدالة الاجتماعية وتوفير فرص متساوية للجميع، فعندما يشعر الأفراد بالظلم والتهميش، فإنهم قد يلجؤون إلى الجريمة كوسيلة للتعبير عن غضبهم وعدم الرضا. واخيراً، فإن الأخلاق هي أساس المجتمعات المزدهرة والآمنة وهي القوة الدافعة وراء بناء علاقات ثقة وتعاون قوي بين أفراد المجتمع.
 
Abstract:
  The research aimed to analyze the impact of ethical factors on the formation of criminal behavior. Specifically, it investigated whether values and ethics play a role in determining whether a person will commit a crime or not. The study sought to uncover preventive measures, exploring how ethics can be used to prevent crime and whether values and ethics can serve as a means to reduce criminal behavior by promoting positive actions. It also aimed to assess punishments and responses, studying how values and ethics influence the determination of punishments and responses to crime by answering the extent to which values play a role in determining the severity of punishments. To answer the research question, the research employed a methodology that included a literature review to understand previous research on the topic, analyzing the results and concepts used. Specific crime cases were analyzed to understand how values and ethics influenced those cases. The research plan comprised three sections, a conclusion, and recommendations. Key findings of the study included the close interconnection between ethics and crime as aspects of human behavior. When ethics deviate and ethical values fade in a society, the path for the spread and increase of crime becomes open. Several factors, such as poverty, unemployment, weak education, and family breakdown, contribute to increased crime rates. Education on ethical values can act as a strong shield against crime. Continuous efforts are needed to promote social justice and provide equal opportunities for everyone. When individuals feel injustice and marginalization, they may resort to crime as a means of expressing their anger and dissatisfaction. Ethics form the foundation of flourishing and secure societies, driving the establishment of trusting relationships and strong cooperation among community members.
