المستخلص

الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين ، أما بعد :
فهذا بحث بعنوان " الإطار القانوني لحماية البيانات الشخصية في تشريعات المملكة العربية السعودية " وقد قسمت هذا البحث إلى مقدمة وثلاث مباحث وخاتمة وتوصيات على النحو التالي :
فالمبحث الأول : في تعريف البيانات الشخصية وأنواعها، وتحته مطلبان : المطلب الأول : تعريف البيانات الشخصية لغة واصطلاحا ، المطلب الثاني : أنواع البيانات التي حماها النظام السعودي 
أما المبحث الثاني ففي حقوق الفرد المتعلقة بالبيانات الشخصية ، وتحته أربعة مطالب :
المطلب الأول : الحق في العلم بالبيانات والمطلب الثاني تحدثت فيه عن الحق في الوصول إلى البيانات أما المطلب الثالث فكان في الحق في تصحيح البيانات وأخيراً المطلب الرابع الحق في إتلاف البيانات .
أما المبحث الثالث فكان في  الحماية القانونية للبيانات الشخصية ، وقد كتبت تحته مطلبين ، الأول كان في الحماية القانونية للمعلومات الشخصية العادية ، وقد ذكرت سبعة أوجه للحماية القانونية المتقرّرة في النظام السعودي ، ثم تحدثت في  المطلب الثاني عن الحماية القانونية للمعلومات الشخصية الرقمية وذكرت فيها بعض الأوجه للحماية القانونية في النظام السعودي .
ثم ختمت البحث بالخاتمة التي ذكرت فيها أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها خلال هذا البحث ، وأهم التوصيات التي أراها مناسبة في هذا الموضوع .
وصلى الله على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين .
 
Abstract:
Praise be to God, and may blessings and peace be upon the Messenger of God and upon all his family and companions. As for what follows:
This research is entitled "The Legal Framework for Personal Data Protection in the Legislation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia." I divided this research into an introduction, three sections, a conclusion, and recommendations as follows:
The first topic: Defining personal data and its types, and under it are two requirements: The first requirement: Defining personal data in language and terminology. The second requirement: The types of data protected by the Saudi system.
The second section deals with individual rights related to personal data, and it includes four demands:
The first demand: The right to be informed of the data. The second demand spoke about the right to access data. The third demand was about the right to correct data, and finally the fourth demand was the right to destroy data.
As for the third topic, it was about the legal protection of personal data, and I wrote under it two demands. The first was about the legal protection of ordinary personal information, and I mentioned seven aspects of the legal protection established in the Saudi system. Then, in the second demand, I talked about the legal protection of digital personal information and mentioned some aspects in it. For legal protection in the Saudi system.
Then I concluded the research with a conclusion in which I mentioned the most important findings that I reached during this research, and the most important recommendations that I consider appropriate in this topic.
