حق المرأة في حياة خالية من العنف في ضوء مستجدات القانون المصري / Women's Right To A Life Free Of Violence In Light Of The Developments Of Egyptian Law

      حق النساء والفتيات في حياة خالية من العنف هو حق مشروع من حقوق الإنسان، إلا أن الواقع يختلف كلياً عن شرعية تلك الحقوق.للعنف ضد النساء عدة وجوه انطلاقاً من المعاكسة الكلامية في الحياة اليومية وإلى التلفظ بالعبارات التي تحمل بين طياتها الكراهية للنساء والتي تنعكس في النكت والشتائم. ولا يختصر العنف ضد النساء في هذه الظواهر وحسب، بل فرض قيود أخرى تحد حرية المرأة كتجنبها أماكن ومواقف معينة لتتحاشى المضايقات والتهديدات، يعد شكلاً آخراً من أشكال العنف الممارس بحقها.ضحايا العنف من النساء هن من مختلف الشرائح الاجتماعية وعلى اختلاف مستوياتهن العلمية والثقافية.وفي معظم الأحيان يمارس العنف ضد النساء من قبل الرجال وبجميع الأشكال،وعادة ما يكون الجناة هم إما الشركاء والأزواج الحاليين أو السابقين أو الآباء أو الإخوة أو الزملاء. وكثيراً ما تتعرض النساء والفتيات للعنف في الأماكن التي من المفترض أن تشعرن فيها بالأمان. وأكثر النساء عرضة لمُمارسات العنف، هن اللواتي افترقن عن شريكهن أو يطالبن بالطلاق أو اللواتي تعرضن في طفولتهم للعنف.وترى منظمة الصحة العالمية بأن العنف المُمارس ضد النساء يعد من أكبر المخاطر الصحية التي تتعرض لها النساء في جميع أنحاء العالم. ولم يكن التطرق إلى هذا الموضوع والخوض فيه بالمباح، فقد كان ينظر إليه ولمدة طويلة من الوقت على أنه من المواضيع المحرمة والتي يتم تجنبها. ومازال هناك نسبة كبيرة من النساء اللواتي تشعرن لغاية الآن بالعجز، فالحياء والخوف من اللغو والثرثرة والمضايقات الجديدة تمنعهن من المطالبة بحقوقهن وطلب المساعدة، والكثيرات لا تتحدثن عن العنف الذي تعرضن له.
 
Abstract:
The right of women and girls to a life free of violence is a legitimate human right, but the reality is completely different from the legitimacy of those rights. Violence against women has many faces, starting from verbal opposition in daily life to uttering expressions that carry misogyny and that are reflected in jokes and swearing. Violence against women is not limited to these phenomena only, but the imposition of other restrictions that limit women's freedom, such as avoiding certain places and positions to avoid harassment and threats, is another form of violence against them. Women victims of violence are from different social strata and at different levels of education and culture. Violence against women is most often practiced by men in all its forms, and the perpetrators are usually either partners, current or former husbands, fathers, brothers or colleagues. Women and girls are often exposed to violence in places where they are supposed to feel safe. The most vulnerable women to violence are those who have separated from their partner, are seeking divorce, or have been subjected to violence in their childhood. The World Health Organization believes that violence against women is one of the greatest health risks to women all over the world. It was not permissible to discuss this topic and delve into it, as it was viewed for a long time as one of the forbidden topics that should be avoided. There is still a large percentage of women who feel helpless until now, as shyness and fear of idle chatter and new harassment prevent them from claiming their rights and asking for help, and many do not talk about the violence they have been subjected to.
