يتناول البحث الشمول المالي للمشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة كمفتاح للتنمية المستدامة وذلك في ضوء تجربة البنك المركزي المصري وترجع اهمية البحث الي أن المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة اصبحت هي مفتاح للتنمية الشاملة المستدامة حيث تتميز بارتفاع قدراتها علي علاج مشكلة البطالة ومحاربة الفقر المجتمعي ومساهمتها في نشاط الإقتصاد كما أن الشمول المالي اصبح محور اهتمام العديد من الحكومات والجهات المالية والرقابية بما فيها البنوك المركزية علي وجة الخصوص ولتحقيق هذا الهدف استخدم الباحث المنهج التحليلي المقارن وتوصل الباحث نتائج اهمها ان المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الدول العربية تواجه مشكله وصعوبة في الحصول علي التمويل وأن البنك المركزي المصري له دور هام في تعزيز الشمول المالي لهذة المشروعات وكذلك له دور هام واساسي في تعزيز الشمول المالي بين افراد المجتمع وخلق البيئة اللازمة لتفعيل الشمول المالي وتحقيق التوازن بين ضمان توفير الخدمات المالية لمختلف فئات المجتمع وبين حماية البنوك من المخاطر نتيجة توسع في فتح التمويل ويوصي الباحث بضرورة تبني استراتيجية وطنية لرفع مستويات التعليم والتثقيف المالي ورفع الوعي لمالكي ومديري المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة.

the resersh deals  with the financial i nclusion ofsmall and medium enterprises as akey to sustainable development in light of the experience ofcentral bank of Egypt that in two sections , the importance of the research is duo to that the small and medium enterprises have become the key to comprehensive and sustainable development , it is characterized by its high ability to treat the problem of unemployment ,combating , societal poverty , and its contribution to economic activity , enchancing the financial in clusion of these enterprises enhances the chances of chieving economic growth , to achive this aim the researcher used the comparative analytical approach , and the researcher reached the most important results : The small and medium enterprises in arab countries face difficult in obtaining financing , and the researcher recommends that the covernment should adopt a national strategy to raise the levels of education and financial education and raise the awareness of enterprises owners and managers of small and medium enterprises.
