هذا الموضوع من الموضوعات المهمة التي تتعلق بالأحكام الفقيهة الدقيقة وقد حاولت جاهدة إبرازه وظهوره ليكون بينا وواضحا لكل من يبحث عن حكم من أحكام الترك في أبواب الفقه وخصوصا فقه المعاملات وفقه الأسرة .
ويأتي بمعنى الترك التخلية : فهى من الكلمات التي ترادف معنى الترك والترك يأتي بمعنى الإعراض فقد لا يفعل الإنسان فعلا قادراً على فعله ويتركه والترك قد يكون بعذر وقد يكون بغير عذر فالترك يدخل في أحكام فقهية كثيرة من الجيد معرفتها ودراستها .
هذا الموضوع الذي ألهمني الله بالكتابة فيه وإن لم يكن معاصرا إلا أنه موضوع مهم وله أثره الذي يترتب عليه ، والترك موضوع واسع لا يسع البحث كتابة جميع الأحكام الفقهية التي تتعلق به فأبواب الفقه كثيرة منها العبادات والمعاملات والأسرة والجنايات والقضاء وغير ذلك من أبواب الفقه .
والترك أحكامه دقيقة ومهمة من المهم معرفة الأحكام الفقهية التي تتعلق بها إجمالا في جميع أبواب الفقه وعلى الخصوص في أبواب فقه المعاملات بما تشتمل عليه من بيع وإجارة وهبة ولقطة ووقف وصلح وإبراء ووكالة ووديعة وغير ذلك وفقه الأسرة بما تشتمل عليه من نكاح وطلاق وإيلاء وظهار ونفقة وغير ذلك .

This topic is one of the important ones related to the precise rulings of jurisprudence, and I have tried hard to highlight it and make it clear to everyone who is looking for one of the rulings on abandonment in the chapters of jurisprudence, especially the jurisprudence of transactions and the jurisprudence of the family.
It comes in the sense of abandonment, so the abandonment: it is one of the words that are synonymous with the meaning of abandonment, and abandonment comes in the sense that . A person may not do an act that he is capable of doing and abandon it, and abandonment may be with an excuse or it may be without an excuse. abandonment is included in many jurisprudential rulings that are good to know and study.
